MANAGEMENT OF THE RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF KRPOCH

MELNYK Yuriy Borysovych – Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor, Psychologist of the highest qualification category, "Practical Psychologist – Methodist"; Member of the Committee of Publication Ethics (COPE), American Psychological Association (APA).
Chairman of the Board of the KRPOCH; Director, Professor of the Laboratory of Psychological Research of the Research Institute of the KRPOCH; Director of the KRPOCH Publishing House.

He received his education at Kharkiv State Institute of Physical Culture, specializing in physical culture instructor; Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, named after G. S. Skovoroda, specializing in physical culture, psychology, and organizational management; Academy of Fire Safety of Ukraine as an adjunct; Kharkiv State Academy of Culture as a postgraduate student of the Department of Social Pedagogy.

For twenty years, he worked in general education, vocational and technical, and higher educational institutions as a physical culture teacher, trainer-educator, practical psychologist, head of the Department of Psychology and Healthy Lifestyle, associate professor of the Department of Psychology, professor of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy. In 2005, he founded the Kharkiv Regional Public Organization "Culture of Health" (KHOGOKZ), where he was elected as Chairman of the Board. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Committee on Education, Science, and Culture of the Public Council under the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and director of the Research Institute, Social and Psychological Center, and Publishing House of the KRPOCH. In 2018, he founded the international scientific periodical peer-reviewed journal "International Journal of Science Annals" (IJSA). Co-founder of the "International Journal of Education and Science" (IJES). Editor-in-Chief of IJSA, IJES, and a member of the international editorial boards of scientific periodicals of Ukrainian and foreign publications in education, psychology, and medicine. Member of the Committee of Publication Ethics (COPE). Member of the American Psychological Association (APA).

He defended his dissertation: "Socio-pedagogical Principles of Forming a Culture of Health in Primary School Students." He developed methodological, theoretical, technological, and methodological foundations for the problem of forming a culture of health in children.

Author of over 200 scientific works, including dissertations; monographs; articles in professional journals; articles in international scientific collections A, B, and C; articles in collections of conferences, congresses, and symposiums; textbooks, author's programs for pupils and students of higher education institutions.

Has experience in organizing scientific conferences, sports competitions and tournaments, training, and round tables with children and youth to popularize a healthy lifestyle and form a healthy culture.

For his scientific and pedagogical activities, he was awarded an honorary diploma from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, diplomas from the Main Department of Education and Science of Kharkiv, numerous diplomas and letters of gratitude, and over 20 certificates.

 

PYPENKO Iryna Sergiivna – Doctor of Philosophy in Economics (PhD), Associate Professor; Deputy Director of the Research Institute of the State University of Economics; Director of the State University of Economics Educational Center. Project Manager.

She received her education at the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University: Master of Management, specialty "Organizational Management"; postgraduate student of the Department of Management, specialty "Economics and Enterprise Management."

She worked at the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University for nine years as an assistant and associate professor of the Department of Management. For three years, she worked at the Kharkiv National Economic University, named after Semyon Kuznets, as an associate professor of the Department of Economic Theory and Economic Policy. Since 2012, she has been the deputy director of the research institute and director of the educational center of the Kharkiv National Economic University. Since 2018, she has been a member of the editorial board of the international scientific periodicals "International Journal of Science Annals" (IJSA) and "International Journal of Education and Science" (IJES).

She defended her thesis, "Management of Marketing Opportunities of a Motor Transport Enterprise." She developed theoretical and methodological foundations for forming and using marketing opportunities in an enterprise.

Author of over 100 scientific works, including dissertations; monographs; textbooks with the seal of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; articles in professional journals; articles in international scientific collections A, B, C; articles in collections of conferences, congresses, symposiums; curricula and methodological guidelines for disciplines of the training direction "Management."

Has experience conducting scientific and research works with state registration and a copyright certificate. The results of the research have been implemented at enterprises in Kharkiv.

Has practiced training winners in international and regional competitions of student scientific works.

She has been awarded diplomas and, thanks, numerous certificates for scientific and pedagogical activity.

 

STADNIK Anatoliy Volodymyrovych – Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor; Director of the Social and Psychological Center of the Uzhhorod National University, Information Support Manager; Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology of Uzhhorod National University.

Graduated from the Kuibyshev Military Medical Faculty at the Medical Institute, majoring in medical science. He served in the medical and psychological support units of the Armed Forces, the Armed Forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the National State University—participating in hostilities.

He defended his dissertation on the topic "Psychopathological patterns of formation and principles of therapy of neurotic disorders in servicemen of combat units of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs."

Author of over 80 scientific works, including dissertations, monographs, articles in professional journals, articles in international scientific collections A, B, C, articles in collections of conferences, congresses, symposiums, textbooks, and author's programs for students of higher education institutions.

Has experience in carrying out scientific research works with state registration and organizing scientific conferences, training, and round tables to popularize a healthy lifestyle. Since 2018, a member of the editorial board of the international scientific periodical peer-reviewed journal "International Journal of Science Annals" (IJSA).

For his service and scientific and pedagogical activities, he was awarded state awards (including the prize of the President of Ukraine), diplomas, and thanks.
